This Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through coreflighttech.com and forms part of our Terms of Sale.

1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

Under our voluntary cancellation policy, an order may be cancelled before it is handed over to the freight forwarder or carrier. The cancellation request must be received and confirmed by us before handover.

If a pre-dispatch cancellation is confirmed, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method. Once the shipment has been handed over to the freight forwarder or carrier, this voluntary cancellation option ends.

If we cannot dispatch within the period stated on the product page or, if no different period is stated, within our normal 10-business-day dispatch period, we will provide the delay notice and cancellation/refund options required by applicable law.

2. No Voluntary Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final after handover to the freight forwarder or carrier. We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, ordering the wrong product, or no longer wanting the product.

This rule does not exclude, restrict, or replace any withdrawal, cancellation, return, refund, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or other right that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.

3. Mandatory Withdrawal or Cancellation Rights

Where mandatory law gives a customer a right to withdraw from or cancel a distance-sale contract after dispatch or delivery, that right remains available for the legally required period and on the legally required terms.

The customer must notify us clearly at info@coreflighttech.com within the applicable statutory period. After receiving the notice, we will provide the authorised return destination and instructions in writing. No fixed public return address is provided because the authorised destination may vary by product, remedy, and logistics.

Where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods under a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal. Any legally required refund of standard outbound delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Additional costs for an upgraded or premium delivery method are refundable only where required by law.

4. Defective, Damaged, Incomplete, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Goods

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if a product is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or not as described. Delivery damage, missing items, and incorrect goods should preferably be reported within seven days of delivery so that carrier and packing evidence can be preserved. This requested period does not shorten any longer mandatory legal right.

We may reasonably request the order number, photographs, video, serial information, packaging and shipping-label images, wiring or connection details, diagnostic results, or troubleshooting steps.

Depending on the verified circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include remote support, replacement parts, repair, replacement, price reduction, reshipment, or refund. The available remedy and its sequence may be determined by applicable mandatory law and our Warranty & Support Policy.

5. Return Authorisation and Instructions

Do not send any product without prior written authorisation. For each approved return, we will provide the authorised destination, carrier or service requirements where applicable, customs instructions, required reference information, and any packaging requirements in writing.

Unauthorised returns, returns sent to an incorrect address, or shipments that do not follow supplied customs and carrier instructions may be refused or delayed where permitted by law. This does not remove any non-waivable statutory right.

6. Condition and Packaging of Returned Goods

Customers must take reasonable care of goods while they remain responsible for them and must package authorised returns securely. Original packaging should be used where reasonably available, particularly where it is needed to protect the product in transit.

For a statutory change-of-mind withdrawal, any deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product will be made only where permitted by applicable law.

This section does not permit a deduction for damage, defects, missing items, incorrect supply, or non-conformity for which the customer is not responsible.

7. Return Shipping and Related Costs

For a confirmed defect, shipping damage, incorrect product, or other covered issue, Core Flight Technologies will cover reasonable authorised shipping costs associated with the approved remedy, subject to applicable law.

If inspection finds no covered defect, or the issue was caused by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment, improper electrical connection, or another excluded cause, the customer may be responsible for shipping, inspection, repair, customs, taxes, and related costs to the extent permitted by law and after prior notice where required.

Costs caused by ignoring written return, carrier, packaging, or customs instructions may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

8. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or expressly agreed. We will process the refund within the period required by applicable law after the right to refund is established and any legally permitted return conditions are satisfied.

Payment providers and banks may require additional time to post the refund. Currency conversion, exchange-rate differences, and third-party bank charges are controlled by the customer’s payment provider and are not additional amounts retained by Core Flight Technologies.

Where applicable law permits a refund to be withheld until goods are received or the customer supplies acceptable evidence of return, we may do so. No withholding will be applied where prohibited by law.

9. Refused, Unclaimed, or Customs-Blocked Shipments

Refusing delivery, failing to collect a shipment, failing to provide requested customs information, or failing to pay destination import duties, VAT, brokerage, storage, or other DAP destination charges does not automatically create a voluntary return right.

Where permitted by law, reasonable carrier, storage, customs, return, reshipment, or disposal costs caused by the customer’s action or inaction may be deducted from any amount otherwise refundable or charged separately after notice. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
