How can I return my order?
We cannot accept returns because the micro export products are not allowed to return after customs clearance. However, the CFT team assure you that we can solve any problem related to your order.
Can I cancel my order before shipping? What's the refund policy?
Yes, you can.
Please note that the commissions of the bank and the payment system can not be refunded.
