Warranty & Support Policy
Seller: CORE FLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES LLC Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Limited Warranty Period
Unless a product page expressly states a longer period, products are covered by a one-year limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This limited warranty is in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights.
2. Delivery Damage, Missing Items, and Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Visible shipping damage, missing items, or an incorrect product should be reported as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven days of delivery, with photographs or video of the parcel, packaging, shipping label, product, and affected area.
The seven-day request is intended to help us investigate carrier and packing issues and does not shorten any longer non-waivable legal right.
3. Warranty Claims
A suspected warranty defect may be reported at any time during the applicable warranty period. The customer must provide the order number and a clear description of the issue. We may reasonably request photographs, video, serial information, wiring or connection details, diagnostic results, software or firmware information, and troubleshooting steps.
Remote troubleshooting must be completed where reasonably requested before a return, repair, or replacement is authorised.
4. Available Remedies
After reviewing the claim, Core Flight Technologies may provide replacement parts, remote guidance, repair, or product replacement, depending on the nature of the defect and the most appropriate practical solution. Any remedy required by non-waivable law remains available.
Products must not be returned without prior written authorisation and return instructions. The authorised repair or return address will be supplied in writing for each approved claim and may vary depending on the product, required remedy, and logistics. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed where permitted by law.
5. Shipping and Inspection Costs
If the reported issue is confirmed to be covered by this warranty, Core Flight Technologies will cover reasonable authorised shipping costs associated with the approved remedy.
If inspection finds no covered defect, or the issue results from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, incompatible equipment, or another excluded cause, the customer may be responsible for shipping, inspection, repair, customs, taxes, and related costs, to the extent permitted by law. No cost will be charged without prior notice where required by law.
6. Exclusions
Unless prohibited by law, this limited warranty does not cover:
- incorrect installation, assembly, wiring, voltage, polarity, or electrical connection;
- misuse, abuse, negligence, impact, accident, or improper storage;
- liquid exposure, corrosion, contamination, or abnormal operating conditions;
- unauthorised repair, modification, disassembly, or altered firmware;
- use with incompatible hardware, software, power supplies, or third-party equipment;
- cosmetic damage that does not affect function;
- consumable parts and ordinary wear and tear; or
- damage occurring after delivery that is not caused by a defect present at delivery.
7. Third-Party Products and Software
Third-party products, software, drivers, simulator platforms, and accessories may be subject to their manufacturer’s terms. Compatibility may change due to third-party updates. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or replace any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived in the customer’s jurisdiction.
