Alors, dans le cadre de mon problème que j’ai rencontré il y avait bel et bien un problème d’une configuration j’ai bien été belle contactée pour résoudre mon problème pour mon appareil qui fait des merveille je tien à remercier le service du client un contact qui a pu résoudre mon problème pour d’autres clients qui veulent acheter pour leur avion airbus a320 il estbien un fonctionnelle au top niveau

The Anti Ice Knobs dont start the Function in the Sim. All other Knobs and Swichtes are ok.

Easy ordering, communication was excellent with sales, at first. Received Compact OH, excellent product except it was shipped with a European power cord, not US. I e mailed support and no one answered. I can’t use the product!

  As stated on the product page we send it with EU type plug. You can use a EU-US converter.
